SOFTWARE

To further demonstrate all of advantages, we are actively finishing an exciting program that runs inside Microsoft Excel. We are now debugging it for release in December, actually using it to enter a bid for the 1000 athlete residences at the 2022 Winter Olympics, wheter given to northern China of Kazhakstan (IOC choice to be released in July 2015). We are happy to report that the speed and efficiency of big housing decisions truly shines with our building system integrated with our software.
  • The best feature of our program is that it  allows..
  • ...homebuilders to compose a project by assembling our modules, instantly viewing PLAN, ELEVATIONS and PERSPECTIVE, allowing them to change types of module,  floor levels, wall openings, balconies, materials...etc..each change instantly reflected in updated prices, surface areas and unit costs.
  • ...home buyers can perform the same task with practically no training other than an onboard female voice guiding the mouseclicks and functions.
  • ...land developers can quickly assemble dozens of houses composed and defined earlier from the same program. After uploading their site plan to a blank page, they can drag an rotate the houses on that site, add more if the space allows,  getting with each change an instant update of densities produced, stats comparisons, total estimated cost of project.
  • ...project managers can link the numbers generated from a new creation to any other spreadsheet cells where their own numbers are worked on, appraisals, interim construction loans, rental revenue projections  etc..When a budget limit is reached in the 'creation' page, the total cost number turns red.
  • ...civil engineers can view the resistance of each house configuration as it is obtained by the compilation of all the shear framed outside and inside walls. Since those are all the same manufactured component, this is a simple multiplication that gives instant results for multiple levels and 6 horizontal directions, a very adequate method to establish wind load resilience. The same feat is repeated to consider vertical loads in stacked modules. Engineers have access to built-in links to private parts of this spreadsheet showing the specs and details of each of the dozen of components that constitute the house shell.
  • ...suppliers can also access private pages with the cost breakdown of each component. They can at a glance study the specs and see if they can beat the prices shown, in which case we expect them to fill a linked form and mail in their bid.
  • ...licensed manufacturers can of course access all the pages in this program, the same exact program involved for all, one that automatically updates from our corporate servers.
  • ...architects and technicians can easily print out copies that are quite suitable for preliminaries. In the future, where will be an option to 'save as' a common Autocad DWG or DXF file.

Great program! Good luck with it as I think it will be much needed in the kind of economy that's coming to us.

Good question Claude. We intend to get a certificate from Microsoft. Till then you need to trust us as you would with any Excel doc containing macros ;-)

What if every time you make a change on the bottom wall you would see a live number showing hurricane wind load resilience modifiy? This is one way to help designers on projects exposed to stom wind loads. For housing that is beachfront, water rise pressure on bottom floor would be another useful index.
